NATIONAL GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSION REPORTING REGULATIONS

1, Boma Edna Edith Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby make the National Greenhouse
                    Gas Emission Reporting Regulations, under section 53(aA), (o) and (p) read with section 12 of the
                    National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004), set out in the
                    Schedule hereto.
