NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT, 2003

(ACT NO. 57 OF 2003)

THIS IS A CORRECTION GAZETTE NOTICE FOR THE KZN PROVINCIAL GAZETTE 370 NOTICE NO.
                                                 2 OF 14 JANUARY 2010

Provincial Gazette 370 Notice 2 of 14 January 2010 declared the Mount Gilboa Nature Reserve in terms
              of section 23(1) of the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act 57 of 2003.

PN 2 of 14 January 2010 is hereby amended by the:

a)  Insertion of the words “specified parts of the” directly before the words “land described as”;

b)  Insertion of the words “A part of” directly before the words “The property known as”;
                 c)  Insertion of the words “the part forming” directly before the words “the nature reserve comprising”;
                 d)  Insertion of the words “the Farm” directly before the words “Balmoral”; “Talevera”; and “Burnside”;
                 e)  Substitution of the words “Title Deed T05/23270(07)”; “Title Deed T05/2327(08)”; “T05/23270(27)”;
                     “T05/23270(12)”; “T05/23270(20)”; “T05/23270(21)”; “T05/23270(22)”; and “T05/23270(24)” with
                     the words “Title Deed T40384/2012”;

f)  Substitution of the number “53.3023” with the number “59.3023”;
                 g)  Substitution of the number “21575” with the number “2157”; and
                 h)  Substitution of the words “Remainder of Portion 1” with the words “Portion 1”.
