I,  Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande,
                                                         Minister of Higher Education,
                                                                                      Science and
                      Technology in terms of section  14(3)(a) read with subsection  (4) of the National
                      Qualifications Framework Act,  2008, hereby appoint Ms  Selaelo Elizabeth  Lekoloane
                      to the Board of the South
                                            African Qualifications Authority  for the remainder of  the term
                      ending 31 December 2020.
