                    REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE PAYMENT OF LEVY AND FEES WITH REGARD TO COMPULSORY
                                               SPECIFICATIONS: AMENDMENTS
                It is hereby made known under section 14(3) (b) of the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications Act, (Act 5
                of 2008), that the Minister of Trade and Industry, hereby with effect from date of publication, amends Schedule 2 of
                the Regulations published by Government Notice No. 1413 of 15 December 2017 by the deletion of the existing
                tariffs fo; Agtomotive; Chemical, Mechanical and Materials; Electrotechnical; and Food & Associated Industries, and
                the suVstitulion thereof with the tariffs as set out in this Schedule.
