                                                   (ACT No. 120 of 1977)

AMENDMENT OF THE REGULATIONS IN RESPECT OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS

The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy has under
                                        Section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977
                                        (Act No.120 of 1977) made the Regulations set out in
                                        the Schedule. This substitutes the Schedule that was
                                        promulgated on 06 August 2024.

SCHEDULE
                                     1  Definitions
                                        In these regulations "the Regulations" mean the
                                        regulations published by Government Notice on 03
                                        September 2024.

2  Substitution of Regulation that was promulgated on 06
                                        August 2024 in the Government Gazette.
