POLOKWANE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
                     NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE ALTERATION/AMENDMENT OR PARTIAL CANCELLATION OF A
                     GENERAL PLAN IN TERMS OF SECTION 64 OF THE POLOKWANE MUNICIPAL PLANNING BY-LAW, 2017

We, New Vision Town Planners and Developers being the authorized agent of the owners of Langdale Golf Estate situated
               Roodeport Road and lies approximately 5km west from the intersection of the Roodeport Road and the R37 from Polokwane
               to Burgersfort, hereby give notice in terms of section 95 (1)(a) of the Polokwane Municipal Planning By-law, 2017, that we

               have applied to the Polokwane Municipality for the Amendment of Landgale Gold Estate General Plan  in terms of Section 64
               of the Polokwane Municipality Planning By-law, 2017

               Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Town Planners, Second Floor,
               We, New Vision Town Planners and Developers being the authorized agent of the owners of Langdale Golf Estate situated
               West Wing, Civic Centre, Landdros Maré Street, Polokwane for a period of 28 days from  15 April 2022 to 22 May 2022.
               Objections to or representations in respect of the applications must be lodged with or made in writing within a period of 28
