AMENDMENT OF POLOKWANE/PERSKEBULT TOWN PLANNING SCHEME, 2016
                AMENDMENT SCHEME 453: We, Vista Planning and Civil Consultants being the authorized agent of the owner
                of Remainder of Erf 818 Pietersburg situated at no. 169 Marshall Street, hereby give notice in terms of Section
                95(1)(a) of the Polokwane Municipal Planning By-Law, 2017, that we have applied to Polokwane Municipality for
                AMENDMENT SCHEME 453: We, Vista Planning and Civil Consultants being the authorized agent of the owner
                the amendment of the Polokwane/Perskebult Town Planning Scheme, 2016, by rezoning the abovementioned
                of Remainder of Erf 818 Pietersburg situated at no. 169 Marshall Street, hereby give notice in terms of Section
