NOTICE OF APPLICATION RECEIVED FOR RELOCATION OF PRIMARY BETTING BUSINESSES
                                                  TO OTHER PREMISES

In terms of sections 4 (1) (b) and 4 (3), read with section 4 (4) of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act,
            2000 (Act No.3 of 2000) as amended, notice is hereby given of applications in terms of Sections 44 (1) read
            with section 120 (1) of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No.8 of 2010) for relocation of
            the below mentioned primary betting businesses, the full particulars of applicants are set out in the table below:

1.  Public inspection of applications
            The above mentioned applications will be subjected to any ruling by the Board to the contrary in accordance

            open for public inspection at the offices of the Board at either of the addresses mentioned below for the period
            from 26 July 2018 to 06 September 2018.
