PUBLIC INVITATION FOR COMMENTS TO THE DRAFT WASTE MANAGEMENT BY LAWS OF
                                                 KOUGA MUNICIPALITY

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 160(4) (b) of the Constitution, Act 108 of 996,
                read with Section 12 and 13 of the LG – MSA, Act 32 of 2000, that the draft Waste
                Management By Laws of the municipality is available for inspection and
                comments. An electronic copy of the document can be viewed and
                downloaded on the municipal website: www.kouga.gov.za

Members of the public or interested parties are hereby invited to submit
                comments within a period of 30 days from date of publication of this notice.

Kindly address any comments, in writing, to the office of the Deputy Municipal
                Manager, Mr. D de Jager, at 33 Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay or by way of an
