GENERAL NOTICE 739 OF 2022

CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY

NOTICE OF CONSENT USE APPLICATION IN TERMS OF CLAUSE 16 OF THE
                    TSHWANE TOWN PLANNING SCHEME, 2008, (REVISED 2014) READ WITH
                   SECTION 16 (3) OF THE CITY OF TSHWANE LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-
                                                       LAW, 2016

I, Alex van der Schyff of Aeterno Town Planning, in my capacity as authorised agent
                 of the owner of Erven 312 to 316, and 318 and 319, Mooikloof Manor x 2 township,
                 hereby give notice in terms of Clause 16 (3) of the Tshwane Town Planning Scheme,
                 2008 (revised 2014) that I have applied to the City of Tshwane Metropolitan
                 Municipality for their consent to increase the height of the above-mentioned
                 Residential 2 erven from 3 to 4 storeys.  The properties are located adjacent to Yuda
                 Street and Impala Street in the Township of Mooikloof Manor x 2 and Garstfontein
                 Road

The current zoning of the property is Residential 2 purposes, with an FAR of 0,6,
                 coverage of 40% and height restriction of 3 storeys.
                 The intention of the applicant in this matter is to apply for Council’s consent to
                 increase the height to 4 storeys without amending the other development controls.

Any objection(s) and/or comments, including the grounds for such objection(s)
                 and/or comments with full contact details (cell number or email address), without
                 which the Municipality  and /or applicant cannot correspond with the person or body
                 submitting the objection(s)  and/or comment(s), shall be lodged  with, or made in
                 writing to: the Group Head: Economic Development and Spatial Planning , P. O. Box
                 3242, Pretoria, 0001 or to CityP Registration@tshwane.gov.za  from 9 June  2022 to
                 7 July 2022

Should any interested and affected party wish to view or obtain a copy of the land
                 development application, a copy of the application can be requested from the
                 Municipality, by requesting such copy through the following contact details:

                 affected party shall be the copy submitted with the Municipality to
