DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD R56 SECTION 5

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 305 OF 2012.

By virtue of section 40(1 ){b) of the South African National Roads Agency Limited and the National Roads
               Act 1998 (Act No.  7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No. 305 of 2012 by substituting paragraph A{V)
               of  the  Schedule,  being  the  descriptive  declaration  of  the  route  from  Dordrecht  up  to  Indwe,  with  the
               accompanying sheets 1 to 12 of Plan No. P915/16.

In the town of Dordrecht the route enters the town aiong R56 Section 5 from the South and follows the street
               known as Grey Street at the time of declaration, up to Points L1  and R1  on sheet 1  of Plan No. P915/16. In
               the town of Indwe the route enters the town along R56 Section 5 from the North and follows the street known
               as Voortrekker Street at the time of declaration, up to its junction with street known as Tiiney Street at time
               of declaration, where it terminates as a National Road.
