Removal	of	Restrictions	in	terms	of	the	Spatial	Planning	and	Land	Use	Management	Act	2013	(Act	16
                of	2013).

Under	section	47	of	the	Spatial	Planning	and	Land	Use	Management	Act	2013	(Act	16	of	2013)and
                upon	instructions	of	the	Local	Authority	a	notice	is	hereby	given	that	conditions	C5(a),	(b),	(d)	in
                Deed	of	Transfer	No	T8546/1997	and	all	future	deeds		applicable	to	Erf	573	Summerstrand	are
                hereby	removed.

Under Section 47 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013) and
                upon instructions by the Local Authority, a notice is hereby given that conditions C.6 (a), (b), (c) and
                 (d) in Deed of Transfer No. T76675/2016 and any subsequent Deed applicable to Erf 420 Lorraine,
                                                   are hereby removed.
