Notice is given in terms of the provisions of Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (Act 16 of
                2013) that the Council of Dawid Kruiper has, with effect from 27 June 2018, per Council’s resolution
                2018/06/06/585&5850107&122/31 (MPT), approved the removal of the restrictive Title conditions in
                Title Deed T3047/2010, Section 2. (i) & Section 3. (1), (2), (3), (6), (7) & (8) in order to make the rezoning
                of Portion 107 of Farm Mier 585, possible.
