Notice is given in terms of the provisions of Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act [Act 16 of
                2013] that the !Kheis Municipality has, with effect from 09 September 2016, approved the removal of
                restrictive title conditions in Title Deed (T13278/2003) on P.2 & 3, Section B, (1), (2), (3), (4) & (6), in
                order to accommodate the consent use with regard to Erf 10, Groblershoop.

Hierby  word  ooreenkomstig die bepalings  van  Ruimtelike Beplanning  en  Grondgebruikbestuur Wet
                [Wet 16 van 2013] bekend gemaak dat die !Kheis Munisipaliteit, in effek sedert 09 September 2016,
                die opheffing van beperkende titelvoorwaardes soos uiteengesit in Titelakte (T13278/2003), op Bl. 2 &
                3, Afdeling  B;  (1),  (2), (3),  (4)  & (6)  goedgekeur het  ten  einde die  vergunningsgebruik  op Erf  10,
                Groblershoop te akkommodeer.
