Under Section 47 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013) and
                    upon instructions by the Local Authority, a notice is hereby given that conditions C.3. (a-e) and any
                    similar conditions in Deed of Transfer No. T13929/2006 applicable to Erf 295, Theescombe are hereby
                    removed.

NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF THE MEMBERS OF THE NDLAMBE MUNICIPALITY
                         APPEAL AUTHORITY AND TECHNICAL ADVISERS TO THE NDLAMBE MUNICIPALITY
                                                    APPEAL AUTHORITY
                         Notice  is  hereby  given  in  terms  of  Section  27  (1)  of  the  Spatial  Planning  and  Land  Use
                         Management Regulations: Land Use Management and General Matters, 2015 and Section
                         127  (g)  of  the  Ndlambe  Municipality Spatial Planning and Land  Use  Management By-law,
                         2015  (as  gazetted  in  Gazette  No.  3613;  Dated  4  March  2016),  that  Ndlambe  Municipality
                         Council   through   Council   Resolution   NCM020/08/2016   and   Council   Resolution
                         NCM025/03/2022  have  authorised/appointed  the  Executive  Committee  to  be  the  Appeal
                         Authority  and  shall  consider  all  internal  appeals  relating  to  land  development  in  terms  of
                         Section 51(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act No. 16 of
                         2013). The Ndlambe Municipality Council through Council Resolution NCM025/03/2022 has
                         further resolved that technical advisers be appointed to provide professional expertise and
                         advice to the Appeal Authority.
                         The Appeal Authority and Technical Advisers shall serve for a period of Five Years (5) until a
                         new Council is elected.

                         and Land Use Management By-law, 2015 (as gazetted in Gazette No. 3613; Dated 4 March
                         2016), the Municipal Manager is the Registrar of the Appeal Authority.
