                  REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIVE TITLE DEED CONDITIONS: PHILLIP HEARN
                  TRUST FOR ERF 4965 EAST LONDON : 55 GRIFFIN ROAD, CAMBRIDGE
                  In terms of section 47(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act No
                  16 of 2013, read with section 59 of the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipal Spatial
                  Planning and Land Use Management Bylaw of 2016, approval is hereby granted for
                  the removal of restrictive title conditions C.(1,2 & 3) from Deed of Transfer T3811/2019
                  pertaining to Erf 4965 East London in terms of Section 59 read with chapter 6 of the
                  Buffalo City Spatial Planning and Land Use Management by Law.

Under Section 47 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013) and upon
                instructions by the Local Authority, a notice is hereby given that Conditions C.5(a), (b), (c), (d) and D(i), (ii),
                (iii), (v) and (vi) as contained in Deed of Transfer No. T 72281/2015 applicable to Erf 353 Sunridge Park are
                hereby removed.
