APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO KING SABATA DALINDYEBO MUNICIPAL PLANNING TRIBUNAL IN TERMS OF
                 SECTION 35 (1) OF THE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT (NO. 16 OF 2013).

Notice is hereby given in terms of sections 37 (4) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013. No.16
                 of 2013 (SPLUMA), read with the Regulation 3 (1)(j) of the regulations of the Act, and section 48 (2)(g) of the King
                 Sabata Dalindyebo Local Municipality's Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law that Council have
                 appointed the following tribunal members to serve on the KSD Municipal Planning Tribunal for five (5) years.
