                ULUNDI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, APPLICATION FOR OBTAINING LAND USE RIGHTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
                HOSPITAL, STAFF ACCOMODATION AND TRAINING FACILITIES

We, Ndangano GIS and Project Managers,  being authorized agents OF WAGNA PROJECTS KZN (PTY)LTD the
                lessee of portion 17 of farm reserve no 20 of 15840 GU have lodged rezoning application from "undetermined" to
                "Institutional" and "special Use" for the purpose of Hospital, Staff Accommodation and Training Facilities in terms of
                Chapter 4 of the Ulundi Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law Read Together with Spatial Planning
                and Land Use Management Act, Act No 16 of 2013 (SPLUMA, ACT NO 16 OF 2013) situated at Unit D, on the R66
                which connects Ulundi directly to Nongoma in the North and Melmoth to the south, then leading to the N2 which
                connects the town to the coastal cities.

Particulars of the application are available for inspection at the office of the Director, Ulundi Municipality's Planning
                and Development office, BA 81, Prince Mangosuthu Street, Ulundi, 3838 for a period of 30 days from the 21 May
                2020 and any objection or representation pertaining to the land development application must be submitted in writing
                to the Municipal Manager, Ulundi Local Municipality, Private Bag x17, Ulundi, 33838 before the expiry of the 30 day
                period or to the offices of the Ulundi Local Municipality during office hours from (08h00 to 16h30) Address of the
