Removal  of  Restrictions  in  terms  of  the  Spatial  Planning  and  Land  Use  Management
                      Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013)

Approval is granted under Section 47(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management
                      Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013) read with Section 59 of the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipal
                      Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law of 2016, for the removal of restrictive
                      title  deed  conditions  B.2,  3  &  4  found  in  Deed  of  Transfer  No.  T1305/2017  pertaining  to
                      Erf 11248 East London.

                              in Deed of Transfer No. T59906/2011  applicable to Erf 495 is/are hereby removed.
