                   Notice is hereby given that in terms of Section 57 and Section 68, read together with Chapter 6 of the

                   Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law of Ba-Phalaborwa Local Municipality, 2016, read

with  the  Ba-Phalaborwa  Local  Municipality  Land  Use  Scheme,  2020,  that  we,  Torbiouse  Solutions
                   Notice is hereby given that in terms of Section 57 and Section 68, read together with Chapter 6 of the
                   CC,  have  applied  to  the  Ba-Phalaborwa  Municipality  for  the  amendment  of  the  Land  Use
                   Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law of Ba-Phalaborwa Local Municipality, 2016, read
                   Management  Scheme  (Rezoning)  from  “Residential  1”  to  “Business  2”  and  Special  Consent  on
                   with  the  Ba-Phalaborwa  Local  Municipality  Land  Use  Scheme,  2020,  that  we,  Torbiouse  Solutions
                   Portion 1 of Erf 2882 Phalaborwa, situated at 33 Blue Crane Street, Palaborwa, for the construction
                   CC,  have  applied  to  the  Ba-Phalaborwa  Municipality  for  the  amendment  of  the  Land  Use
                   and operation of a telecommunication mast and base station.
                   Management  Scheme  (Rezoning)  from  “Residential  1”  to  “Business  2”  and  Special  Consent  on
