                  by Law of 2016,  approval is hereby granted
                                                         for the Removal of Restrictive  Title Condition
                  B(1),(2),(3)  found in Deed of Transfer
                                                    T833/2002 ,
                                                               pertaining to ERF 89 SUNRISE-ON-SEA
                      NO.

                                              ACT, 2018 (ACT NO.3 OF 2018)

I, Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane      , Premier of the Province of the Eastern Cape,
                      acting in terms of section 56 of the Eastern Cape Consumer       Protection Act,

2018 ( Act No. 3 of 2018) hereby determiné that the Act  shall come into operation
                      on the 1S1 of June 2020.
