Notice is hereby given that the Sol Plaatje Municipality has permanently closed roadways as indicated
                as Jasper Crescent and Quartz Road, Colville (portion of remainder of Erf 22572 Kimberley) in terms
                of the SPLUMA Act of 2013 (Act 16 of 2013)
