             NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE NALEDI TOWN PLANNING SCHEME, 2004 IN TERMS OF
             SECTION 17 OF THE LAND USE PLANNING ORDINANCE, 1985 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1985: AMENDMENT SCHEME 03/2017)

I, MI Botshelo, being the registered owner of Erf 944, Vryburg hereby give notice in terms of Section 17 of the Land Use Planning
             Ordinance, 1985, that I have applied to the Naledi Local Municipality for the amendment of the Town Planning Scheme known as
             Naledi Town Planning Scheme, 2004 by the rezoning of the property described above, situated at 5 Park Avenue North, Vryburg from
             Residential 1 to Business 1.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal Manager, 19A Market
             Street for a period of 28 days from 5 April 2017.

Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal Manager at 19A
             Market Street or at P.O. Box 35, Vryburg, 8600 within a period of 28 days from 5 April 2017. Address of the owner: 5 Park Avenue

Ek, MI Botshelo, synde die registeur eienaar van Erf 944, Vryburg gee hiermee kennis dat ek by die Naledi Plaaslike Munisipaliteit
             aansoek  gedoen het  om die  wysiging van  die  Dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as  Naledi  Dorpsbeplanningskema, 2004 deur die
             hersonering van die eiendom hierbo beskry geleë te Parklaan Noord 5, van Residensiele 1 na Besigheid 1.

Besonderhede van die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende normale kantoorure by die kantoor van die Munisipale Bestuurder, Marketstraat
             19A, Vryburg vir ‘n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 5 April 2017.

Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne ‘n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 5 April 2017 skryftelik gerig word aan of
             ingedien word by  die  Munisipale Bestuurder by Markstraat  19A,  Vryburg of aan Posbus  35, Vryburg, 8600. Adres  van eienaar:
             Parklaan Norrd, 8600.
