AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO THE CONDUCT,

ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE NATIONAL SENIOR
                     CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION

I, Angelina Matsie Motshekga, Minister of Basic Education, acting under

                            section 61(d) of the South African Schools Act, 1996 (Act. No. 84 of
                            1996) and after consultation with the Council of Education Ministers

hereby amend the Regulations Pertaining to the Conduct, Administration
                            and Management of the National Senior Certificate Examination, set out

in the Schedule and first published under GN R872 in Government
                            Gazette 31337 of 29 August 2008.

2.    The Schedule referred to in paragraph 1 is available on the Departmental
                          website: www.education.gov.za.
