               NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE SPECIAL CONSENT OF ERF 5 THOHOYANDOU D FOR THE PURPOSE OF A GUEST HOUSE

OWE Planning Consulting, being the authorized agent of erf 5 Thohoyandou D, hereby give notice in terms of Clause 28 of
               Thulamela Land  Use Scheme, 2006 read together with the provision of Spatial Planning and Land Use Act, 2013 (Act 16 of
               2013) that we have applied to Thulamela Municipality for the Special consent to acquire additional rights of a Guest House .
               The relevant plan(s), documents and information are available for inspection at the office of the senior Manager: Planning
               and Development, Thulamela Municipality, Thohoyandou Old Agriven Building for a period of 30 days from 01 March 2019
               and any objection or interest in the application must be submitted in writing to the Municipal Manager, P. O. 5066,
               Thohoyandou, 0950 before the expiry of 30 days from 01 March 2019 or to the offices of Thulamela Municipality during
