28 No. 139 PROVINCIAL GAZETTE, 11 JUNE 2014 NOTICE 1486 OF 2014 CITY OF JOHANNESBURG JOHANNESBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME I, Mario Di Cicco, being the authorised agent of the owner of Portion 1 of Erf 20, Cyrildene, hereby give notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that I have applied to the City of Johannesburg for the amendment of the town-planning scheme in operation known as the Johannesburg Town-planning Scheme, 1979, by the rezoning of the property described above, situated at 29A Beryl Street, Cyrildene, from Residential 1 to Residential 1, subject to conditions in order to permit 3 dwelling units on the site.
