                                           JOHANNESBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME
              I, Mario Di Cicco, being the authorised agent of the owner of Portion 1 of Erf 20, Cyrildene, hereby give notice in terms of
          section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that I have applied to the
          City of Johannesburg for the amendment of the town-planning scheme in operation known as the Johannesburg Town-planning
          Scheme, 1979, by the rezoning of the property described above, situated at 29A Beryl Street, Cyrildene, from Residential 1 to
          Residential 1, subject to conditions in order to permit 3 dwelling units on the site.
              Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Executive Director:
          Development Planning, Johannesburg, 8th Floor,  A Block, Metropolitan Centre, Braamfontein, 158 Loveday Street, for a
          period of 28 days from 4 June 2014.
              Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged in writing in duplicate to the Executive Director
          at the above address or at P.O. Box 30733, Braamfontein, 2017, within a period of 28 days from 4 June 2014.

          hiermee ingevolge artikel 56 (1) (b) (i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorps beplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986),
          kennis dat ek by die Stad van Johannesburg aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema  bekend as
          die Johannesburg-dorpsbeplanningskema, 1979, deur die hersonering van die  eiendom hierbo beskryf, geleë is te Berylstraat
          29A, Cyrildene, vanaf Residensieel 1 na Residensieel 1, onderworpe aan sekere voorwaardes ten einde 3 wooneenhede op
          die terrein toe te laat.
              Besonderhede van die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Uitvoerende Direkteur:
          Ontwikkelingsbeplanning, Johannesburg,  8ste Verdieping, A-Blok, Metropolitaanse Sentrum, Braamfontein, Lovedaystraat 158,
          vir ’n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 4 Junie 2014.
              Besware teen of vertoë ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne ’n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 4 Junie 2014 skriftelik en in

           NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN-PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 56 (1) (b) (i) OF
                       THE TOWN-PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986)
              I, Geza Douglas Nagy, being the authorised agent of the owner of Erf 1437, Parkhurst Township, hereby give notice in terms
          of  section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that I have applied to the City of Johannesburg
          Metropolitan Municipality for the amendment of the town-planning scheme known as the Johannesburg Town-planning Scheme,
          1979, by the rezoning of the property described above, situated in Tenth Street, just of the north eastern corner of Tenth Street
          and Fourth Avenue in Parkhurst Township, from “Parking” for public/or private parking areas only with conditions to “Parking”
          for public/or private parking areas and offices only, with conditions.
