PROVINSIALE KOERANT, 16 JULIE 2013 No. 7132 11 NOTICE 292 OF 2013 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 56(1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986) KLERKSDORP LAND USE MANAGEMENT SCHEME, 2005 - AMENDMENT SCHEME 736 Maxim Planning Solutions (Pty) Ltd (2002/017393/07) being the authorised agent of the owners of the following properties in Hartbeesfontein: the consolidated Erven 10 and 11, Hartbeesfontein, situated adjacent to Voortrekker Road, between Vermaas- and Duiker Street; the consolidated Portion 130 and the Remaining Extent of Portion 74 of the farm Hartbeesfontein No. 297-IP, situated adjacent to Eenheid- and Kerk Street, between Van Niekerk- and Muller Street; the consolidated Portions 2, 49, 127 and the Remaining Extent of Portion 33 of the farm Hartbeestfontein No. 297-IP, situated adjacent to Eenheid- and Kerk Street, between Van Niekerk- and Muller Street; hereby gives notice in terms of Section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986) that we have applied to the City of Matlosana for the amendment of the Town Planning Scheme known as Klerksdorp Land Use Management Scheme, 2005, as amended, by the rezoning of: the consolidated Erven 10 and 11, Hartbeesfontein from "Residential 1" to "Residential 2", to erect a total of twenty (20) dwelling units; the consolidated Portion 130 and the Remaining Extent of Portion 74 of the farm Hartbeesfontein No. 297-IP from "Agricultural" to "Residential 2", to erect a total of twenty eight (28) dwelling units; the consolidated Portions 2, 49, 127 and the Remaining Extent of Portion 33 of the farm Hartbeestfontein No. 297-IP from "Agricultural" and "Business 1" to "Residential 2", to erect a total of seventeen (17) dwelling units; Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the Records Section, Basement Floor, Klerksdorp Civic Centre, for the period of 28 days from 12 July 2013. Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 12 Julie 2013 skriftelik by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder, Stad van Matlosana by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 99, Klerksdorp, 2570 ingedien of gerig word.
