NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION
                      56(1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986)
                           KLERKSDORP LAND USE MANAGEMENT SCHEME, 2005 - AMENDMENT SCHEME 736
                   Maxim Planning Solutions (Pty) Ltd (2002/017393/07) being the authorised agent of the owners of the following
                   properties in Hartbeesfontein:
                     the consolidated Erven 10 and 11, Hartbeesfontein, situated adjacent to Voortrekker Road, between Vermaas-
                      and Duiker Street;
                     the consolidated Portion 130 and the Remaining Extent of Portion 74 of the farm Hartbeesfontein No. 297-IP,
                      situated adjacent to Eenheid- and Kerk Street, between Van Niekerk- and Muller Street;
                     the consolidated Portions 2, 49, 127 and the Remaining Extent of Portion 33 of the farm Hartbeestfontein No.
                     297-IP, situated adjacent to Eenheid- and Kerk Street, between Van Niekerk- and Muller Street;
                   hereby gives notice in terms of Section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986
                   (Ordinance 15 of 1986) that we have applied to the City of Matlosana for the amendment of the Town Planning
                   Scheme known as Klerksdorp Land Use Management Scheme, 2005, as amended, by the rezoning of:
                     the consolidated Erven 10 and 11, Hartbeesfontein from "Residential 1" to "Residential 2", to erect a total of
                     twenty (20) dwelling units;
                     the consolidated Portion 130 and the Remaining Extent of Portion 74 of the farm Hartbeesfontein No. 297-IP
                     from "Agricultural" to "Residential 2", to erect a total of twenty eight (28) dwelling units;
                     the consolidated Portions 2, 49, 127 and the Remaining Extent of Portion 33 of the farm Hartbeestfontein No.
                      297-IP from "Agricultural" and "Business 1" to "Residential 2", to erect a total of seventeen (17) dwelling units;
                   Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the Records Section, Basement
                   Floor, Klerksdorp Civic Centre, for the period of 28 days from 12 July 2013.
                   Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the
                   Municipal Manager, City of Matlosana at the above address or posted to P.O. Box 99, Klerksdorp, 2570 within a
                   period of 28 days from 12 July 2013.

                   Maxim Planning Solutions (Edms) Bpk (2002/017393/07) synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaars van die
                   volgende eiendomme in Hartbeesfontein:
                     die gekonsolideerde Erwe 10 en 11, Hartbeesfontein, gelee aanliggend tot Voortrekkerweg, tussen Vermaas-
                     en Duikerstraat;
                     die gekonsolideerde Gedeelte 130 en die Resterende Gedeelte van Gedeelte 74 van die plaas Hartbeesfontein
                     No. 297-IP, gelee aanliggend tot Eenheid- en Kerkstraat, tussen Van Niekerk- en Mullerstraat;
                     die gekonsolideerde Gedeeltes 2, 49, 127 en die Resterende Gedeelte van Gedeelte 33 van die plaas

                   gee hiermee ingevolge Artikel 56(1)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie
                   15 van 1986) kennis dat ons by die Stad van Matlosana aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die Klerksdorp
                   Land Use Management Scheme, 2005, soos gewysig, deur die hersonering van:
                     die gekonsolideerde Erwe 10 en 11, Hartbeesfontein vanaf "Residensieel 1" na "Residensieel 2", om 'n totaal
                     van twintig (20) wooneenhede op te rig;
                     die gekonsolideerde Gedeelte 130 en die Resterende Gedeelte van Gedeelte 74 van die plaas Hartbeesfontein
                     No. 297-IP vanaf "Landbou" to "Residensieel 2", om 'n totaal van agt en twintig (28) wooneenhede op te rig;
                     die gekonsolideerde Gedeeltes 2, 49, 127 en die Resterende Gedeelte van Gedeelte 33 van die plaas
                     Hartbeestfontein No. 297-IP vanaf "Landbou" en "Besigheid 1" na "Residensieel 2", om 'n totaal van sewentien
                     (17) wooneenhede op te rig;
                   Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Rekords
                   Afdeling, Kelder Verdieping, Klerksdorp Burgersentrum, vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 12 Julie 2013.
                   Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 12 Julie 2013 skriftelik
                   by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder, Stad van Matlosana by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 99, Klerksdorp, 2570
                   ingedien of gerig word.
