                            NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE APPROVED TOWNSHIP MEERHOF X7

The Madibeng Local Municipality received a proposal for the amendment of the approved MEERHOF X7 Township in terms of Section 98(5) and/or
              Section 100 of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ord. 15 of 1986)(the “Ordinance”).  The intended amendment can be regarded
              as  material  and  may  constitute  a  new  application.    The  Madibeng  Local  Municipality,  therefore,  hereby  gives  notice  of  the  amendment of the
              approved MEERHOF X7 Township, as a new application in terms of section 69(6) read with 96(3) of the Ordinance.

Please note that the original township name is retained and the original approved/full application, proposed amendments (including the Annexures)
              and details are open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Madibeng Local Municipality, Civic Centre, 53 Van Velden Street,
              Brits, for a period of 30 days from 7  November 2017 (date of first publication of this notice).  Objections to or representations in respect of the

              Box 106, Brits, 0250 within a period of 30 days from 7  November 2017.

FULL NAME OF APPLICANT:  Platinum Town and Regional Planners  CC (2008/161136/23)  on  behalf  of  AE Roodt Investments CC
              (2009/059380/23)

NUMBER OF ERVEN IN PROPOSED TOWNSHIP:

a)  Erf 1:   “Special for restaurants and shops”, approximately 0.6703ha in extent;  and
                 b)  Erf 2:  “Special for access, access control and engineering services”, approximately 0.1648ha in extent.

DESCRIPTION OF LAND ON WHICH TOWNSHIP IS TO BE ESTABLISHED:  A portion of  Portion 103 (a portion of Portion 95)  of  the  farm
              Hartbeestpoort 482-JQ

LOCALITY OF PROPOSED TOWNSHIP: The property is located adjacent to the north of Jan Smuts Avenue, Meerhof.
