                  NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS
                         OF SECTION 56 (1) (b) (ii) OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE,
                             1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986) PERI URBAN AREAS AMENDMENT SCHEME

I Alfred Ellias Manonga, being the lessee of the part of farm Kameelfontein 257 JR, hereby give notice
                in terms of section 56(1)(b)(ii) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, read with the
                Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, No 16 of 2013, that I have applied to the Madibeng
                Local Municipality for the Amendment of the Town Planning Scheme known as Peri  Urban Areas
                Town Planning Scheme, 1975, by the rezoning of the property described above, from “Undetermined”
                to “Special “ for Filling Station and Convenient Stores.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the Municipal Offices,
