E. Lebodi, the owner of the Remaining Extent of Erf 325, Lichtenburg, hereby give notice in terms of Section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that I have applied to the Ditsobotla Local Municipality for the amendment of the town planning scheme known as Ditsobotla Town Planning Scheme 2007, by the rezoning of the property described above, situated at 6 Lovedale Street, Lichtenburg from “Residential 1” to “Business 2” with an Annexure, for the development of Guest House. Lebodi, die eienaar van die Restant Gedeelte van Erf 325, Lichtenburg, gee hiermee ingevolge artikel 56(1)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986, kennis dat ek by die Ditsobotla Plaaslike Munisipaliteit aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as Ditsobotla Dorpsbeplanningskema 2007, deur die hersonering van die eiendom hierbo beskryf, geleë te Lovedalestraat 6, Lichtenburg van “Residensieël 1” na “Besigheid 2” met ‘n Aanhangsel vir die ontwikkeling van ‘n Gastehuis.
