HARTBEESPOORT TOWN-PLANNING AMENDMENT SCHEME 1/505
                     PORTION 42 (A PORTION OF PORTION 30) OF THE FARM SYFERFONTEIN 483-JQ

It is hereby notified that in terms of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of
              1986), the  Madibeng  Local  Municipality  approved  the  amendment  of  the  Hartbeespoort Town-planning
              Scheme (1993) by the rezoning of Portion 42 (a portion of Portion 30) of the farm Syferfontein 483-JQ
              from "agriculture" to "Special" for dwelling units, shops limited to 150mý, place of refreshment, conference
              center and wedding facility, with uses ancillary and subservient to the main use.

Map3 and the scheme clauses of the Amendment Scheme are filed at the Madibeng Local Municipality,
              Van Velden Street, Brits, and are open for inspection at all reasonable times.

The Amendment Scheme is known as the Hartbeespoort Town-planning Amendment Scheme 1/505.
