POLOKWANE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
                                    POLOKWANE / PERSKEBULT AMENDMENT SCHEME 62

The Polokwane Local Municipality hereby in terms of the provisions of Section 125 (1) of the Town Planning and
              Townships Ordinance, 1986 declares that it has approved an amendment scheme being an amendment of the
              Polokwane/Perskebult Town Planning Scheme, 2016 comprising the same land as included in the Township of
              Bendor Extension 126.
              Map 3 and the Scheme Clauses of the amendment scheme are filed with the Manager:  City and Regional
              Planning, Directorate:  Planning and Economic Development, Civic Centre, Cnr Landdros Maré & Bodenstein
              Streets, Second Floor, West Wing and are open for inspection during office hours.
              The amendment is known as Polokwane/Perskebult Amendment Scheme No. 62 and shall come into operation
              on the date of publication of this notice.

POLOKWANE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
                                                                   DECLARATION AS APPROVED TOWNSHIP

The  Polokwane  Local  Municipality  hereby  declares  Bendor  Extension  126,  in  terms  of  Section  111(1)  of  the
              Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), to be an approved township subject to
              the conditions set out in the schedule attached hereto.

SCHEDULE

STATEMENT OF  CONDITIONS  UNDER  WHICH THE  APPLICATION MADE  BY THE POLOKWANE  LOCAL
              MUNICIPALITY  (HEREINAFTER  REFERRED  AS THE  TOWNSHIP OWNER)  UNDER  THE PROVISIONS  OF
              CHAPTER IV OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986)
              FOR  PERMISSION  TO  ESTABLISH  A  TOWNSHIP  ON  PORTION  22  OF  THE  FARM  KRUGERSBURG  685
              REGISTRATION DIVISION LS, LIMPOPO PROVINCE, HAS BEEN APPROVED

1.    CONDITIONS TO BE COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO THE DECLARATION OF THE TOWNSHIP AS AN
                    APPROVED TOWNSHIP

1.1    INSTALLATION AND PROVISION OF SERVICES

The township developer shall make the necessary arrangements for the finalization of the service
                           agreements  with  the  Municipality  for  the  provision  and  installation  of  water,  electricity  and
                           sanitation as well as the construction of roads and stormwater drainage in the township.

If  external  services  are  not  available  or  the  existing  external  services  are  not  sufficient  to
                           accommodate the  township,  special  arrangements  will  have  to  be made  after consultation  with
                           the applicable departments in the Municipality.

1.2    GENERAL

(a)    The township developer shall satisfy the Polokwane Local Municipality that -

(i)    The  relevant  amendment  scheme  has  been  compiled  and  can  be  published
                                        consecutively with the declaration of the township as an approved township.

(ii)   The Township Developer shall comply with the provisions of Section 109 of the
                                         Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986. (Ordinance 15 of 1986).
