MATLOSANA AMENDMENT SCHEME

I, Shantel Kruger Riley of Bouplanne.co.za, being the authorised agent of the owner of
                Erf 667 Flamwood x2 hereby give notice that I have applied to the CITY OF MATLOSANA
                MUNICIPALITY for the amendment of the Town-planning Scheme, by the rezoning of the
                property described above, situated at Dawn Avenue 6, Flamwood x2

From Residential 1

To Residential 2 with a density of 3 dwelling units on the the property.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the relevant
                office of:
                The Strategic Executive Director: City Planning;

                Streets,
                Klerksdorp,  2570, for a period of 28 days from  23  February 2016   (the date of first
                publication of this notice).
