              The Purchaser shall in addition to the Sheriff’s commission, which is 6%(six percent) on the proceeds of the sale up to

          balance and any such interest payable as provided for hereunder. The property may be taken possession of after signature of the
          conditions of sale, payment of the deposit and upon the balance of the purchase price being secured in terms of clause 4 of the
          conditions. Should the purchase received possession of the property, the purchaser shall be liable for occupation rental at the
          rate of 1% of the purchase price per month for date of occupation to date of transfer.
              Rules of this auction are available 24 hours before the auction at the office of the Sheriff Johannesburg East, 69 Juta Street,
          Braamfontein.
              The Sheriff Johannesurg East will conduct the sale in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 as amended
          and pursuant of a judgment granted against the Defendant for the money owing to the Plaintiff. Registration as a buyer is a pre-
          requisite subject to conditions, inter alia:
