              IN EXECUTION OF  A JUDGMENT of the High Court of South  Africa (Gauteng DIVISION, PRETORIA) in the
          abovementioned suit, a sale with reserve will be held at SHERIFF TSHWANE NORTH, 3 VOS & BRODRICK AVENUE, THE
          ORCHARDS EXTENSION 3 on 29 JANUARY 2021 at 11H00, of the under-mentioned property on the conditions which will lie for
          inspection at the offices of the SHERIFF TSHWANE NORTH, 3 VOS & BRODRICK AVENUE, THE ORCHARDS EXTENSION
          3 prior to the sale. ERF 275 SOSHANGUVE UU TOWNSHIP REGISTRATION DIVISION J.R., PROVINCE OF Gauteng,
          MEASURING 200(TWO HUNDRED) SQUARE METRES, HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER NO. T16686/2016), SUBJECT TO
          THE CONDITIONS THEREIN CONTAINED; also known as STAND 275 SEPHOOKA STREET, SOSHANGUVE UU, PRETORIA
              the following information is furnished in respect of the improvements, though in this respect, nothing is guaranteed: THE
          PROPERTY IS ZONED: RESIDENTIAL A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING CONSISTING OF: LOUNGE, KITCHEN, 2 BEDROOMS
          AND BATHROOM. THE NATURE, EXTENT, CONDITION AND EXISTENCE OF THE IMPROVEMENTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

              1. THE SHERIFF’S COMMISSION:

              2. A deposit of 10% of the purchase price immediately on demand by the Sheriff, the balance of the purchase price and any
          such interest payable, shall be paid to the Sheriff against transfer and shall be secured by a bank guarantee, to be approved by
          the Plaintiff’s Attorney, which shall be furnished within 21 days from the date of sale.
              3. The rules of auction are available 24 hours prior to the Auction at the offices of the SHERIFF TSHWANE NORTH, 3 VOS

              4. The sale will be conducted by the Sheriff.
