The Rules of auction and Conditions of Sale may be inspected at the sheriff’s office at Unit B5, Coleman Business Park, Coleman Street, Elsies River, 24 hours prior to the auction. 6. All bidders are required to present their Identity Document together with their proof of residence for FICA compliance. 7. All bidders are required to pay R15 000.00 (refundable) registration fee prior to the commencement of the auction in order to obtain a buyer’s card. 8. The Purchaser shall pay the Sheriff a deposit of 10 (ten) per cent of the purchase price in cash or by bank guaranteed cheque or by electronic transfer on the day of the sale. 9. The balance shall be paid against transfer and shall be secured by a guarantee issued by a financial institution approved by the Execution Creditor or his or her attorney, and shall be furnished to the Sheriff within 25 (twenty five) days after the sale. 10. The property may be taken possession of after signature of the Conditions of Sale, payment of the deposit and upon the balance of the purchase price being secured in terms of conditions. 11. Should the Purchaser receive possession of the property, the Purchaser shall be liable for occupational rental at the rate of 1% of the purchase price per month from the date of possession to the date of transfer.
