FUTURE INDEFINITE INVESTMENTS 254 (PTY) LTD RESPONDENT

After hearing the representatives for the Applicant, Intervening Creditor and Respondent, the following order is made:
              1. That the intervening creditor is authorized to intervene in the application;
              2. That the Respondent concedes to the provisional liquidation, and its estate to be handed over to the Master of the High
          Court, Bloemfontein;
              3. That the Respondent or any interested party, be called up to furnish reasons on 28 JANUARY 2021, why a final order for
          liquidation should not be granted;
              4. This order, together with a copy of the Notice of Motion and annexures thereto, must be served on:
              4.1 every registered trade union that, as far as the Applicants can reasonable ascertain, representing any of the employees
          of the Respondent;
              4.2 to the Respondent’s employees, by affixing a copy of the application and this provisional order to any notice board to
          which the Applicants and employees may have access inside the business premises of the Respondent, or, if there is not access
          to the premises by the Applicants and the employees of the Respondent, by affixing a copy of the application to the front gate of
          the premises and, in the event of there not being a front gate to the premises, by affixing a copy of the application to the front
          door of the premises from which the Respondent conducted its business;
              4.3 to the South African Revenue Service;
              4.4 to the Respondent.
              5. That this order of liquidation be published in one (1) edition of the BLOEMNUUS and the GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.
              6. That the costs of this application as well as the costs of the intervening creditor, will be costs in the liquidation.
