          such employee’s not have access to such premises, by attaching a copy to the entrance gate alternatively main door of such
          premises.
              6. the intervening party is granted leave to intervene.
              7. The costs of this application be costs in the cause of the liquidation.

              Having considered the documents filed of record and having heard Counsel for the Applicant and Respondents,
              IT IS ORDERED THAT:
              1. A rule nisi is issued returnable on 11th day of FEBRUARY 2020 at 10:00 calling upon all interested persons to show
          cause why an order should not be made in the following terms:
              1.1 The registration of ELITE CIRLCE TRADING 5 CC with registration number:  2008/086646/23 (hereinafter referred to
          as “the CC”) is restored to the company register in terms of Section 83(4) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 as amended read
          with Section 26(6) of the Close Corporations Act 69 of 1984, as amended.
              1.2 The assets of the CC are declared to be no longer bona vacantia.
              1.3  The  Applicant  is  granted  leave  to  serve  an  application  for  judgment  to  be  instituted  against  the  CC  on  the  Sixth
          Respondent at 863 EXTENSION 1 SOSHANGUVE 0152.
              2. The rule nisi is to be published once in the Government Gazette and once in the Citizen newspaper.
              3. The costs of this application are to be paid by the CC on an attorney and own client scale.
