1. Condoning and Authorising the post-nuptial execution of the ante nuptial contract registered in the Deeds Registry Office,
          Pietermaritzburg and captured under number H1690/2014 (“the contract”), executed on 16 May 2014, and attached to this
          application as Annexure “MCN6”.
              2. The Registrar of Deeds be authorised to endorse the contract registered in the Deeds Registry Office, Pietermaritzburg,
          captured under number H1690/2014.
              3. Declaring that the contract registered in the Deeds Registry Office, Pietermaritzburg be binding against third parties from
          date of registration of the contract.
              4. This Order will not prejudice the rights of any creditor of the Applicants as at date of registration of the contract.
              5. The registrar to notify the registrar of the registry where the existing contract is registered and every registrar in whose
          registry a copy thereof is filed in terms of section 87(3) of the Deeds Registry Act 47/1937.

              In re: NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO AMEND THE MATRIMONIAL PROPERTY SYSTEM
              KINDLY TAKE NOTICE THAT:
              KAMOHO LETUKA, ID: 781108 5659 08 7 and MANNEHILENG AGNES LETUKA , ID: 881201 1067 08 9, married to each
          other in community of property (the “APPLICANTS”)
              Intend to bring an application to the High Court of South Africa (Free State Division, Bloemfontein) on a date and time that
          will be provided by the Honorable Court for an order in terms of the following:
              1. That the existing matrimonial property system between the Applicants, whereby they are married in community of property,
          shall be deemed not applicable on their marriage anymore;
              2. That leave be granted to the Applicants to enter into an ante nuptial contract, as contained in the application, in accordance
          therewith that the Applicants shall be  deemed to be married out of community of property with exclusion of the accrual system,
          as contemplated in chapter 1 of the Matrimonial Property Act, 88 of 1984 ;
              3. That the Registrar of Deeds be authorized to register a Notarial Deed of the amended matrimonial property system within
          6 (SIX) weeks after granting of the order;
              4. That the rights of the existing creditors will not be prejudiced should the order be granted.
