CANCELLATION OF LOST BOND
              Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of regulation sixty-eight of the Regulations made under the Deeds Registries
          Act, 1937, that it is the intention to apply for the cancellation of Mortgage Bond B12163/2011 passed by DUDUZILE IDAH
          SHANGE, Identity Number 530812 0402 08 0 for the amount of R94 000. 00 (Ninety Four Thousand Rands) in favour of ABSA
          BANK  LIMITED (Registration  Number  1986/004794/06) in respect  of certain ERF  3435 EDENDALE  DD, REGISTRATION
          DIVISION F.T., PROVINCE OF KWAZULU-NATAL which has been lost or destroyed.
              All persons having objection to the cancellation of such bond are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the
          Registrar of Deeds at PIETERMARITZBURG within three weeks after the date on the first publication of this notice
