[Rule 9, [Refugee Appeal Board] Refugee Appeals Authority Rules, 2003, as amended read with Section
                                              [14(2)] 8C (3) of the Refugees Act, 130 of 1998]

POWER OF ATTORNEY

I/We, the undersigned,

do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint:
                         with power of substitution to by my/our lawful representative/s in my/our place and stead, to lodge and
                         prosecute an appeal in terms of section [26] 24B of the Refugees Act, No 130 of 1998, and to represent
                         me/us as contemplated in Rule 9 of the [Refugee Appeal Board] Refugee Appeals Authority Rules, 2003
                         as amended and generally for effecting the purposes aforesaid, to do or cause to be done whatsoever
                         shall be requisite, as fully and effectually, for all intents and purposes, as I/We might or could do if
                         personally present and acting herein – hereby ratifying, allowing and confirming all and whatsoever
                         my/our said Representative/s shall lawfully do, or cause to be done, by virtue of these presents.
