Import or export permit recommendation

5B.    A person who imports or exports ozone depleting substances listed in the Import Control

Regulations published under Government Notice No. R91 in Government Gazette No.
                             35007 of 10 February 2012 or Export Control Regulations, published under Government

Notice No. R92 in Government Gazette No. 35007 of 10 February 2012, promulgated

under the International Trade Administration Act, 2002 (Act No. 71 of 2002), must submit
                             the application for an import or export permit to the Department for recommendation,

before submitting the application to the International Trade Administration Commission."

Amendment of regulation 9 of the Regulations

5.     Regulation 9 of the Regulations is hereby amended by the substitution for paragraph (a) of
                      subreguiation (1) of the following paragraph:

"(a)   contravenes regulations 3, 4, 5, 5A, 5B, 6, 7 or 8 of these Regulations;"

Substitution of Appendix A to the Regulations

6.     Appendix A of the Regulations is hereby substituted for the following Appendix:
