Under Section 47 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013) and
                upon instructions by the Local Authority, notice is hereby given that conditions A. and
                B.4. (a) (b) (c) (d) and also C.(ii) and C.(iii) in Deed of Transfer Number T11522/2018 applicable to
                Erf 11 Fernglen, Port Elizabeth, are hereby removed.

Under Section 47 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013) and
                upon instructions by the Local Authority, notice is hereby given that conditions B.4.(a) (b) (c) (d) in
                Deed of Transfer Number T96784/2006 applicable to Erf 335 Cotswold, Port Elizabeth, are hereby
                removed.

                also C.3. and C.4. in Deed of Transfer Number T000025096/2015 applicable to
                Erf 267 Framesby, Port Elizabeth, are hereby removed.
