                   NOTICE OF APPLICATION IN TERMS OF PART 6 SECTION 41(1) OF THE CITY OF JOHANNESBURG MUNICIPAL
                  PLANNING BY-LAW 2016 READ WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE Gauteng REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT,
                     1996 (ACT NO. 3 OF1996) HEREBY GIVE NOTICE FOR THE REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS APPLICATION

We, AfriTown Town Planning, being the authorised agent of the owner/s of the Remainder of Erf 316

Parktown, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality,
                  in terms of Part 6 Section 41(1) of the City of Johannesburg Land Use Planning By-Law, 2016, read with the
                  provisions of Section 5 of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, 1996 (Act. No. 3 of 1996) for the removal of
                  restrictive conditions of title condition no. (1) to (4) from Deed of Transfer T14061/2019 in respect of the
                  Remainder of Erf 316 Parktown, located at 4 Loch Avenue, Parktown, Randburg.

Particulars of the application will lie open for inspection at the Department of Development Planning, Room
                  8100, 8  floor, A-Block, Metropolitan Centre, 158 Civic Boulevard Street, Braamfontein, for the period of 28

               By-Law, 2016, that we, the undersigned, intend to apply to the City of Johannesburg for an amendment
               to the land use scheme.
