                   We, Hunter Theron Inc. being the authorized agent of the owner of Erven 2028 & 2029 Golden Gardens,
                  hereby give notice in terms of Section 57B of the Black Communities Development Act, 1984 (Act 4 of

                  west and adjacent to Hlongoane Street,  in the Golden Gardens area, from “Community Facility” and
                 of the intersection of Moduwane Street and Mampudi Street, south and adjacent to Radebe Street and
                  “Residential” to “Residential” and “Public Road” in order to allow for the consolidation and subdivision of
                 west and adjacent to Hlongoane Street,  in the Golden Gardens area, from “Community Facility” and
                  the property into 31 portions and a street, subject to conditions.
