Ek, Hermann Joachim Scholtz, van die Town Planner and Company, synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaars
            van Erf 891 Kempton Park Uitbreiding 2, gee hiermee kennis ingevolge artikel 56 (1) (b) (i) en (ii) van die Ordonnansie
            op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 saam gelees met die Wet op Ruimtelike Beplanning en Grondgebruikbestuur,
            2013  (Wet  16  van  2013),  kennis  dat  ons  by  die  Ekurhuleni  Metropolitaanse  Munisipaliteit  (Kempton  Park
            Klientediens-Sentrum) aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die Ekurhuleni Dorps Beplanning Skema, 2014,
            deur die Herzonering van die eiendom hierbo beskryf, gele‰ te 106 Venter Straat, Kempton Park Uitbreiding 2, van
            "Residensieel 1" na "Residensieel 3".

Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoor ure by die kantoor van die Area
            Bestuurder, Ekurhuleni Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit (Kempton Park Klientediens-Sentrum), Departement
            Stadsbeplanning, 5de Vloer, Kamer 506/8, Hoofgebou, Burgersentrum, hoek van CR Swart en Pretoria Weg,
            Kempton Park, vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 3 Februarie 2021. Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die
            aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 3 Februarie 2021 skriftelik by of tot die Area Bestuurder by
            bovermelde adres of by POS Bus 13, Kempton Park, 1620 ingedien of gerig word.

               NOTICE  IN  TERMS  OF  SECTION  38  (2)  OF  THE  EMFULENI  MUNICIPALITY
               SPATIAL  PLANNING  AND  LAND  USE  MANAGEMENT  BY  LAWS,  2018  READ
               WITH THE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGENMENT ACT, 2013
               (ACT  16  OF  2013)  FOR  THE  AMENDMENT  OF  THE  VEREENIGING  TOWN
               PLANNING SCHEME, 1992 IN RESPECT OF PORTION 48 ERF 425 POWERVILLE
               PARK TOWNSHIP
               I, M.P. Thwala of Funani Environmental Management Solutions, being the authorised agent
               of the owner(s) portion 48 of Erf 425 Poweville park Township, Vereeniging, hereby gives
               notice in terms of Section 38(2) of Emfuleni Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use
               Management by-Laws, 2018, read with the spatial planning and land use management act
               2013  (act  16  of  2013)  that  I  have  applied  to  the  Emfuleni  Local  municipality  for  the
               amendment  of  the  Vereeniging  Town  Planning  Scheme,  1992,  through  the  rezoning
               application of the property described above, situated on 48 Kagiso Street, Powerville Park,
               from "Residential 1", to " Residential 4" with an annexure that the properties be used for
               student housing.

All  the  relevant  documents  relating  to  this  application  will  be  open  for  inspection  during
               normal office hours at the office of the manager: land use management, first floor, Old Trust
               Bank Building, Corner of President Kruger Street and Eric Louw Street, Vanderbijlpark, for
               28 days from the day when this notice will be published.
