CITY OF EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY

EKURHULENI AMENDMENT SCHEME G0195

It is hereby notified in terms of Section 57(1)(a) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 15 of 1986,
              read  in  conjunction  with  the  Spatial  Planning  and  land  Use  Management  Act,  No.  16  of  2013,  that  the
              Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality has approved the amendment of the Ekurhuleni Town Planning Scheme,
              2014 by the rezoning of Erf 276 Spruitview Extension 1 Township to "Business 3", to permit Dwelling house,
              Hairdressing Salon and Offices.

The Amendment Scheme documents will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the offices of the
              Head of Department: City Planning, 1  Floor, United House, Cnr. Meyer & Library Street, Germiston.

This Amendment is known as Ekurhuleni Amendment Scheme G0195.

Gauteng REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT, (ACT 3 OF 1996)

ERF 43 MEADOWBROOK TOWNSHIP

It is hereby notified in terms of Section 6(8) of the Gauteng Removal of Restrictions Act, Act 3 of
              1996, read with the provisions of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (Act 16 of
              2013) that the City of Ekurhuleni has approved that Conditions (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i),
              (j),  (j)(a),  (j)(b),  (k),  (l),  (m),  (o),  (p),  (p)(a)  and  (p)(b)  in  Deed  of  Transfer  T1034/1996  be
              removed.
