95     Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 15 of 1986: Rezoning of Erven 1231 & 1238, Primrose Township      12
                                   CITY OF EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY

EKURHULENI AMENDMENT SCHEME G0199

It is hereby notified in terms of Section 57(1)(a) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 15 of
               1986, read in conjunction with the Spatial Planning and land Use Management Act, No. 16 of 2013, that
               the City of Ekurhuleni has approved the amendment of the Ekurhuleni Town Planning Scheme, 2014 by
               the rezoning of Erven 1231 & 1238 Primrose Township to "Parking", subject to conditions.

The Amendment Scheme documents will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the offices of the

               Streets, Germiston.

This Amendment is known as Ekurhuleni Amendment Scheme G0199.

It is hereby notified in terms of Section 57(1)(a) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 15 of
                1986, read in conjunction with the Spatial Planning and land Use Management Act, No. 16 of 2013, that
                the City of Ekurhuleni has approved the amendment of the Ekurhuleni Town Planning Scheme, 2014 by
                the rezoning of Erf 1365, Portion 1 of Erf 1366 & Remaining Extent of Erf 1366 Primrose Township to
                "Business 3", subject to conditions.

The Amendment Scheme documents will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the offices of the
