                   NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TOWNSHIP IN TERMS OF
                  SECTION 38 OF THE CITY OF EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL
                                PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW, 2019

MAYFIELD EXTENSION 53.

We, Planit Planning Solutions CC, being the applicant hereby give notice in terms of Section
                  10 of the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan  Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use
                  Management By-Law,  2019,  that we have applied to the City of  Ekurhuleni for the
                  establishment of the township, referred to in the Annexure hereto.

Any  objection(s) and/or  comment(s), including the  grounds  for  such  objection(s) and/or
                  comment(s) with full contact details, without which the Municipality cannot correspond with
                  the  person or  body submitting the objection(s) and/or comment(s), shall be lodged with, or
                  made in writing to: City Planning, Benoni Customer Care Centre from 3 February 2021, until 3
                  March 2021.
                  Full particulars and plans (if any) may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices
                  as set out below, for a period of 28 days from the date of first publication of the advertisement
                  in the Provincial Gazette newspaper.

                  Residential 3 and development controls as per application submitted.

The    intension    of    the    applicant    in    this    matter    is    to:  Establish a Residential
                  township.
                  The  proposed township is situated along Brazil Street,  Mayfield, on a  Portion of the
                  Remainder of Portion 100 of the Farm Putfontein 26-IR (Mayfield Extension 53).
