ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONS ACT (ACT No. 63 of 1982) AS AMENDED

NOTICE TO INCREASE FEES PAYABLE TO THE AHPCSA BY STUDENTS, INTERNS
                       AND PRACTITIONERS, AS APPROVED BY THE AHPCSA ON 15 AUGUST 2013

DEFINITION

1.    In this notice, "the regulations" means the Regulations pertaining to the Allied
                         Health Professions ACT (No. 63 of 1982), as amended, and published by
                         Government Notice No. R127 of 12 February 2001.

ANNUAL FEES

2.    The amounts of the fees referred to in 37 (1) and (2), 38, 39, 40, 41 and 42 (1) and
                         (2) of the regulations, have been determined by the Council as shown in the table
                         below.

3.     These amounts apply to annual fees in respect of the calendar year 1 January 2014
                         to 31 December 2014, which are due on 1 January 2014, and which must be
                         received by Council by 31 March 2014 (final date for payment).
